Stanley Bernard Stephen Samuel, born on March 10, 1986, is a Malaysian footballer who currently plays for Sabah FA.

Stanley was a young prodigy from Bukit Jalil Sports School and at the age of 18 he made his debut with Kuala Lumpur FA in the premier league. He played for Kuala Lumpur FA for 5 years. Stanley was the leading goalscorer in the Malaysia Cup 2008 group stage with 5 goals in 6 matches but Kuala Lumpur FA failed to make the cut for the quarterfinals.
Stanley moved to Malaysian Super League team UPB Myteam from Kuala Lumpur FA. He scored 13 goals for them in as many appearance in the Malaysian Super League, FA Cup and Malaysia Cup 2009. It was in 2009 Stanley made his debut for the Malaysia u-23 team and also had his 1st cap for the senior side. He was also in the 23 man squad for the high profile friendly match of Malaysia Selection vs Manchester United (2009).
Stanley was offered a trial at Indian League ( i-league ) team Sporting Clube de Goa after he left UPB/Myteam in November. His trial was successful and he signed for them mid-season as 1 of the 2 Asian foreign player quota. He is the first Malaysian to ply his trade in the i-league. They signed Stanley in their bid to get out of relegation as they were sitting bottom of i-league with 1 win from 13 matches. In the second half of the season Sporting manage to get 7 wins out of 13 matches and finished 12th place in the league. Stanley finished the season with 3 goals from the league and cup. He was later released at the end of the season due to i-league new format of having only 4 internationals and no quota for Asian foreign player.
Stanley was successful on his first ever trial in Indonesia and he was offered a contract for an Indonesian Super League (ISL) outfit Persibo Bojonegoro after scoring in his debut for them in the pre-season cup but due to political measures between Malaysia and Indonesia then, Stanley was left in the dark and left for home to ply his trade in his home country with Sabah FA in the Malaysian Super League. He finish the 2011 season without scoring any goal for Sabah FA .
